HOW TO MEASURE
1. Bust
If possible, get a friend to help. Relax your arms by your side measure the fullest part of your bust, keeping the measuring tape horizontal.
2. Waist
Measure around your natural waistline (bend sideways - the crease is it)
3. Hips
Stand with your heels together, and measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the measuring tape horizontal.

All international orders are sent via Australia Post which is a worldwide service. International orders are registered and require a signature on delivery.
If delivery is attempted while none is home, you will be required to collect your parcel from your local post office.
Delivery can take up to 30 days and this does not include the time it takes to clear customs in your country of origin. You will be responsible for any custom or import charges. Customs require that we state the value of the order directly on your satchel, and it is the sole discretion of the custom agents to release your package

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is packed with love and leaves One Fleur you will receive an email with your tracking details to track your parcel.
If you do not receive a email - please check your junk inbox prior to emailing our customer service team as it has most likely been redirected to your junk inbox.
Orders are sent via Australia Post. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of placement – excluding weekends and public holidays.

RETURNS POLICY
To ensure your most magnificent online shopping experience we will gladly issue a store credit on full price items.
Our store credits never expire so you don't need to rush to use it on something you don't totally love!
Please email hello@onefleur.com.au if you wish to return an item. Please include your name and order details. You will be given a returns authorisation number to include with your returned goods.
PLEASE NOTE: Any sale items, including good purchases in our 50% off warehouse sale can not be returned.
Returned items are processed within 2-3 working days from us receiving your item/s. Once we receive your return, you will then be emailed with your store credit.

Australian full priced orders must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item and 21 days for International customers.
Items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn with all tags attached. One Fleur reserve the right to reject your return if it is not in original condition, has a odour of perfume, deodorant or has makeup/tanning stains.
- Return shipping is to be paid by the customer.
- We do not accept returns on sale items (sale items are permanently marked down items situated in sale section).
- Any shipping costs paid are not eligible for refund or store-credit
- All returns are to be sent back to us using trackable postage, goods are your responsibility until they are returned to us. We will not issue a exchange, store credit or refund if they are not received or lost in transit.
If the item does not meet the returns policy, it will be returned to you and you will be liable for the return postage cost of $8.95.
EXCHANGES
Due to our products frequently selling out, we cannot process an exchange for you. If you require a replacement size, colour or alternative item/s, you are required to place a new order using your store credit.
PRE-ORDERS
We offer the pre-order service so you can secure your size. Please note that the dates provided are only a guide and delays can occur. If there is a delay with a pre-order item we will provide you with updates until the stock arrives. On the other hand it may arrive earlier than expected!
AFTERPAY/ZIPPAY RETURNS
If you wish to return something you purchased using AfterPay/ZipPay, the return process is the same. Unless the item is faulty, you will be issued a store credit for the full amount of the unwanted item. You will continue to be charged by AfterPay/ZipPay until you have paid all of your installments.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size.
FAULTY ITEMS
All items are thoroughly checked before being packed and sent out to their new homes, however in the rare event of a manufacturing fault you will be entitled to a full refund.
If you believe your garment has a fault, please email hello@onefleur.com.au with your order number, your name, description of the garment, the fault and photographic images of the fault. Faulty garments will not be accepted unless they are in original condition with original tags intact. In the case of a faulty garment, you must contact us within 4 days of receiving the garment. . Faults will not be accepted when the garment has been worn.
SALE ITEMS
Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement on final sale items if you change your mind. This includes a change of mind with regards to colour, size and fit.
